The Piusi EX100 is an ATEX Zone 1 / Zone 2 explosion-proof transfer pump for diesel, petrol, kerosene, AVGAS, and Jet A/A1. With 100 l/min continuous flow at 240V AC and IECEx Ex d IIA T4 Gb certification, it's the heavy-duty workhorse for refuelling petrol-engine plant, aircraft ground support, marine bunkering, and any application where flammable hydrocarbons need to move fast and legally.

Cast-iron pump body, sintered-steel rotor, technopolymer vanes, and Viton seals - this is a continuous-duty pump rated for industrial and logistics service. Removable feet let you bolt it down or carry it between jobs. Thermal protection and an automatic motor cut-out keep it running safely on long fills.
